- The Road is a membership education program that the organization of Delta Tau Delta started in 2008. This program focuses on educating its members in five key areas. These areas include career development, personal leadership, financial security, health and wellness, and life skills. Delta Epsilon has been implementing The Road since 2010, speakers including numerous alumni and prominent members of society.
